Under the Legal Profession Act 2004 (“the Act”) we are required to set out the terms of our engagement with you. The full terms are set out in our Costs Agreement and Cost Disclosure, which we will enter into with you at the commencement of the matter. Our current standard hourly rates for this work are set out below.
We are able to negotiate fixed fees in relation to particular matters.
